Computer problems always seem to happen at the worst times and are incredibly frustrating. Let us help you through your technical difficulties and allow you to get the most value from your computer. Our technicians utilize the latest systems to quickly connect, diagnose and resolve your computer problems. We can provide technical support on demand by clicking on our Contact Technical Support icon. You can pay based on the amount of time required to resolve your technical issue or you can purchase a long term support contract.
Below is a breakdown of our pricing on Monday through Friday between 9:00AM and 10:00PM EST:
- 30 Minutes or Less $ 30.00
- Between 31 and 60 Minutes $ 50.00
- Between 61 and 90 Minutes $ 80.00
- Between 91 and 120 Minutes $100.00
- *There is an additional $50.00 surcharge on weekends and holidays.
Payment Terms:
- Your credit card will be charged based on the time required to resolve your issue.
- We do not issue refunds for unused time. When the problem has been resolved you are charged accordingly.

Our objective is to leverage technology to reduce your costs and/or increase revenue. During these difficult economic times you can dramatically reduce your technical support expenses by outsourcing your IT department. This will enable you to pay only as you need technical support and eliminate the overhead associated with employee salaries and benefits.

We create value for our commercial clients by following a four step process: Assessment, Planning, Installation and Support.
- Assessment– Interview you and/or your key team members and take an inventory of the hardware and software you are currently utilizing to determine if it is adequate or needs improvement.
- Planning– Provide you with hardware, software and networking budget and recommendations. These recommendations will be based on our interview(s) and assessment results. All recommendations will be focused on reducing your costs and/or increasing your revenue by leveraging new technology.
- Installation– Provide you with a project schedule for the implementation of these recommendations. After you have agreed to the project schedule we will install and configure the technology recommended in the planning process and provide you and/or your team with training on the new technology.
- Support– Initial post installation support will be provided and long term support contracts are also available. We can place an icon on each of your computers that will allow you to simply click to initiate a technical support session.
*Note: All hardware and software we recommend are provided to you at our cost. You hire us to recommend the technology that creates the most value based on your needs and we make these recommendations objectively without a profit margin bias.
