PRICING – REMOTE COMPUTER REPAIRS & TECH SUPPORT
Residential Pricing
Below is a breakdown of our pricing on Monday through Friday between 9:00AM and 10:00PM EST:
- 30 Minutes or Less $ 30.00
- Between 31 and 60 Minutes $ 50.00
- Between 61 and 90 Minutes $ 80.00
- Between 91 and 120 Minutes $100.00
*There is an additional $50.00 surcharge on weekends and holidays.
Payment Terms:
- Your credit card will be charged based on the time required to resolve your issue.
- We do not issue refunds for unused time. When the problem has been resolved you are charged accordingly.
Residential Pricing
Assessment Services – FREE! Call or email to schedule your assessment.
Installation, Configuration, Database Development and Training Services – $100.00 Per Hour
Support Services
- Gold Plan – $100 Per Hour. Monday through Sunday 8:00AM – 11:00PM EST with 3 hour response time.
- Silver Plan – $80 Per Hour. Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 6:00PM EST with 8 hour response time.
- Bronze Plan – $60 Per Hour. Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST with 24 hour response time.
Payment Terms:
- You can pay with a check or credit card.
- Support plan payments are due in full at the time of purchase.
- You can purchase support plans in 100, 500 or 1000 hour increments.
- All hardware and software will be purchased based on the project schedule and can be purchased directly from 3rd party or indirectly through RTS.
- 30% of consulting charges are due in advance, 30% is due at the agreed project milestone in project schedule and the remaining amount is due upon satisfactory project completion.
